Fighting is player versus player. There is no separate duel menu in the October footage. You hit another student, the HP bar drops, someone runs, and a safe room is the recovery plan.
Controls to read first
The overlay separates movement from combat. Recorded combat actions are Toggle Combat, Punch, Heavy, Block, and Dodge. An October 5 player thought the binds were Combat T and Combat R, then the same session treated transcribed keys as unreliable. Open Controls on your device.
Basketball mode replaces that list. Exit Basketball before you decide that Punch is broken.
Where a hit connects
| Place | Recorded result |
|---|---|
| Indoor basketball courts | Punches do not connect |
| A room inside the school | Attacks do not land, and players heal there |
| Outdoor court | Not confirmed as a safe zone |
| Yard and fountain | Fights happen here |
Player levels are visible. Nothing documents what level does to damage. Picking a much newer student is called out in footage as poor sportsmanship, not as a rule with a penalty.
The fight, then the door
- Leave the safe room.
- Punch outside it. Heavy, Block, and Dodge are separate buttons. Test them one at a time with someone who agreed to spar.
- When HP turns yellow, stop chasing and move toward a safe room.
- If a red combat state is still up, the door can refuse you. One recording shows the message that the player cannot enter a safe zone yet. Create distance, watch the state, and try again after it clears. No timer for that clear was measured.
- Inside, check that attacks fail and that HP is actually moving. Some guides call this room the Infirmary and say healing is three times faster. The multiplier was not measured. The recorded fact is that the room blocks hits and is used to recover.
Stamina is real enough that update copy tells you to watch it when a scrap becomes a chase. What spends it, what refills it, and what happens at empty are not documented. Do not plan a fight around a stamina trick nobody has shown.
After you lose
A knockout is not described as a death drop. Footage shows the loser carried, with Getting up over a downed player and a Disable Carrying control. No item loss, Yen fine, or respawn exploit was shown. A Most knockouts board exists. One entry visible in October footage read 19,000. That is a snapshot of the board, not a target.
There is no confirmed way to disable all fighting. Settings in the October 5 session had combat volume, rooms, and controls, and no off switch. Later guides claim a PvP toggle. Toggle Combat on the overlay is the control that was actually listed.
